At High Point Hummer, we aim to make your off-road experience the High Point of your vacation. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and not everything is within our control. To provide the best experience, we’ve updated our cancellation policy to a complimentary 24-hour cancellation window for small groups! Read on for more details.

Hummer Tours

For groups of 2-20 people, we require 24 hours notice before your activity date to cancel.

For groups of 21 or more people, we require 7 days notice before your activity date to cancel.

Any cancellations made after these deadlines will be offered a gift card for full value which can be used for a future booking, or incur 100% charge of the full price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the full price.

UTV Tours

For tours with 1 machine, we require 24 hours notice before your activity date to cancel with no penalty.

For groups with 2 or more machines, we require 72 hours notice before your activity date to cancel with no penalty.

Any cancellations made after these deadlines will be offered a gift card for full value which can be used for a future booking, or incur 100% charge of the full price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the full price.

For rentals of 1 machine, we require 24 hours notice before your activity date to cancel.

For rentals of 2 or more machines, we require 72 hours notice before your activity date to cancel.
