Grand County and Moab City have passed a new UTV Law imposing a nightly curfew on UTV's. From 8:00pm - 7:00am, 7 days a week, UTV's are no longer street legal. This is a Class B Misdemeanor if violated. Penalty can include up to six months in jail, and a up to a $1,000 fine to you, the renter.
